Generic Supply List for 5th/6th Grade
Student Supplies- (these supplies will be for the student’s personal use)
*Colored pencils
*Glue sticks
*Scissors
*Six book covers or paper grocery bags
*3 x 5 note cards
*Thin whiteboard markers
*2 in. 3 ring binder
*1 pack colored pocket dividers (5 dividers total)
*Notebooks (5)- blue, red, yellow, purple, green
*Mrs. LaVelle’s and Mrs. Golden’s classes- 3 subject notebook (any color)
Mrs. Lu’s, Ms. Roach’s and Ms. Ward’s classes- another notebook of your choice
*Pouch to keep supplies in (please no boxes) (Not required for Ms. Ward’s class)
General Class Supplies- (these will be collected and for whole class use)
*Kleenex
*Markers
*white copy paper
*3 reams of binder paper
* #2 pencils- 3 boxes
*Band-Aids
*Thin whiteboard markers
*Disinfectant wipes/Paper towels
*Construction paper
*Plug-in air fresheners
We realize that you will not know which classroom your child will be in until the day before school starts. However, we wanted to make a general list available to you early enough that you would be able to take advantage of the great summer sales on school supplies. Please be aware that additional supplies may be required by individual teachers. Your teacher will let you know what those are at Back to School Night.
